    Point of Pines is a value-add real estate private equity investment in a 72 unit multifamily building in Revere, MA (Boston Metro). The round was a ~$12M equity investment to buy the building for $27M, conservatively using only ~56% debt leverage, offering a 2.31x equity multiple return over 5 years, a 19.6% IRR (up to a 26.3% IRR with a Deferred Tax Liability), and a 6% annual dividend.
